Explorer Cat

Scarlett has been enjoying the new bookshelf as it affords an excellent viewpoint of the living room.

Scarlett seems to be slightly less stressed lately, although I noticed the other day that there was a bit of black "dirt" on Scarlett's chin - a sign of feline acne - so I've been treating it with Duoxo pads. I caught it early enough that it shouldn't be an issue, though.

Don't let Audrey see that: Mom and Dad are right now trying to "cat proof" the place before she comes to live here. I would never go on a bookshelf or even a counter, but Audrey: ha!

Bookshelves can double as a cat tree! It's another great spot for snoopervising what's going on!

The higher the better, that's what us Cats say!

Mommy takes a soft dry toothbrush to KonaKitty's chin and it helps loosen up the blackheads, plus she loves the chin scratches.

A little extra vertical space will go a long way to alleviate stress!

WE are glad your Mom caught the feline acne before it got full blown.

Scarlett makes a wonderful addition to the shelves!

Cody had a little black on his chin too, just when I thought we were done with all of that! (sigh)

That's quite a vantage point, Scarlett. A huge cat tree and a bookshelf too!
